Tanzania’s SGR Well on Schedule for its First Flight in Nov., 2019

By Staff Writer, Nairobi A 2.5 kilometer bridge will colour the SGR over and above some Dar es Salaam streets  In what may be termed as the ‘Magufulification’ effect in infrastructure, the construction of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro has reached more than 42 percent which is well on schedule for the handing over of the first lot in November, 2019.  In May last year, President John Magufuli launched the first construction phase of the SGR from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro.
